Renovate Rental Home
I wanted to make sure there were as few reasons as possible to have to come back to fix or address something on our property. This whole blog thread is with that in mind, repairing or upgrading the home to eliminate as many surprises or issues typical home owners face. This is more relevant in our case being that our home was built in 1922. Many systems need to be revisited while staying conscious to budget. Bring on the DIY. Everything explained here was done by Jess and I unless specified where we got advise. our hope here is that more Homeowners realize parts of there home that have to be inspected and how much money you will save by learning how to do them yourself.
